The Illinois Department of Public Health today reported just six news COVID-19 cases in Kane County.
British Columbia entered step two of its four-step reopening plan Tuesday by allowing outdoor personal gatherings of up to 50 people, opening recreational travel across health regions and loosening other restrictions.

Health officials note that Wednesday's case counts are "provisional" and may be adjusted once they're verified. There are 134 people in hospital and 41 in intensive care.
Health officials also stressed the importance of getting fully protected with both doses of vaccine, which is where the province's focus has shifted in recent days. The remaining people are recovering at home in self-isolation.
