You can resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic.
The debate about masks will nearly surely continue, since CDC guidance is not law; states and localities can make their own rules, as can businesses like restaurants.
If you travel in the United States, you do not need to get tested before or after travel or self-quarantine after travel.
You do NOT need to get tested before leaving the United States unless your destination requires it.
Fully vaccinated global travelers arriving in the United States still need to get tested within three days of their flight, or show documentation of recovery from Covid-19 in the past three months.

Walensky said if you develop coronavirus symptoms, you should put your mask back on and get tested right away. "But any other time, if you're vaccinated and you're outside, put aside your mask", Fauci said .
You should still get tested 3-5 days after global travel.
She cited three studies - one from Israel and one from the United States - that show vaccines work.

The new guidelines mark a turning point in Biden's fight against the virus, offering the country a renewed hope that a return to pre-pandemic normally is achievable as Covid-19 cases decrease across the country and as more and more people get vaccinated.
