With the Georgia Senate runoff just days away, Tyler Perry has joined the growing list of celebrities appealing to Georgia voters ahead of the fateful election.

Sen. David Perdue, wearing a mask, signs something for a supporter during a campaign stop on December 21 in Milton, Georgia.

'Both Senator Perdue and his wife tested negative today, but following his doctor´s recommendations and in accordance with CDC guidelines, they will quarantine, ' it continued.

Perdue was set to take part in a campaign rally with President Trump on Monday, but it's unclear if the senator will be in attendance or if that rally will continue.

Schools will not reopen until January 18
The first starter packs of up to 1,000 test kits are scheduled to arrive at all secondary schools and colleges on January 4. "We have been adamant that educating children has been an absolute priority and keeping schools open has been paramount".

Both Perdue and fellow GOP Sen. Kelly Loeffler made against her Democratic opponent, Rev. Raphael Warnock, Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff went on the offensive, claiming Loeffler was campaigning with a member of the Ku Klux Klan.

If both Republican incumbents lose, Democrats will control the Senate. Vice President-elect Kamala Harris plans to campaign Sunday for Ossoff and Warnock in Savannah, followed by President-elect Joe Biden sharing a stage with the Democrats on Monday in Atlanta.

The outlet pointed to Walker County-which President Donald Trump won with 79% over Biden-as one example, where as of Wednesday, turnout "was only 47 percent of the general election total".

The Senate will be the last line of defense, not only for capitalist-loving Democrats, but also Joe Biden, who will be fighting the progressives in his party, according to retiring Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., on Newsmax TV.

Ossoff tweeted the video from Fox News, writing again that "Kelly Loeffler campaigned with a klansman". In November, Biden became the first Democratic presidential candidate to win Georgia since 1992.
