Paramount+ will take the place of CBS All Access, which includes live sports and TV shows on CBS channels, programming from channels such as BET and Comedy Central and original programming such as "Star Trek: Discovery". He described it as iconic and said it's synonymous with "quality, integrity, and world-class storytelling" - whereas CBS is just a U.S. channel.
The CBS All Access rebrand will also make it available beyond North America.
If you're a CBS All Access subscriber, expect some design changes.
Launched in 2014, CBS All Access featured live streaming of CBS's network programming, original series, and shows from CBS's library.

Pluto TV is a free, ad-supported streaming service that offers more than 200 linear channels, and has grown substantially in popularity in the past year. The version of CBS All Access that is now available in Canada will rebrand to Paramount Plus on March 4th, with an expanded offering being made available to subscribers later in the year.
ViacomCBS said it will hold an investor presentation on 24 February 2020 to elaborate on the company's plans for Paramount+, expanding its streaming strategy, and fourth-quarter and full-year financial results for 2020. But we are still waiting some more details on this rebranding.
