Parker strongly disagreed with comments made by Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho that the biggest impact was games being postponed and that the late notice was not unfair because the decision to reschedule the December 30 match was only made a few hours before kickoff.

He called England's top flight "unprofessional" after Tottenham's home game against Fulham was postponed on Dec 30 after a Covid-19 outbreak in the Fulham ranks.
