The great thing about Cyberpunk 2077 is that the developers, CD Projekt Red, have not only shown it off as a next-gen game but one that can run with your existing hardware. As long as your Xbox One is connected to your internet, the console should upload Cyberpunk 2077's save data to the cloud automatically.

This news comes via CD Projekt Red's quarterly earnings call, which took place on Wednesday. Initially, CD Projekt Red were going to reveal the DLC plans for the game before Cyberpunk 2077 launched.

For those players who are starting their Cyberpunk 2077 journeys on the previous console gen and finishing once you can get your hands on a current-gen console, CDPR has detailed how cross saves will work on your platform. Seeking Alpha transcribed the conversation, wherein Kiciński stated, "the initial plan was to [announce Cyberpunk 2077's DLC] before release, but after the recent delay, we made a decision to wait for the release to provide gamers with the game and then start talking about future projects.
