In rather worrying scenes, the referee attempted to get Robinson onto his side, but was unable to do so.

Former NBA star Nate Robinson was knocked out cold by Youtuber Jake Paul in a messy bout in the lead up to the Tyson vs Jones jr fight.

Robinson wrote back to Curry by saying he would "shock the world bro".

That's according to Robinson himself, who told Insider earlier this month that Paul acted like an unprofessional "arsehole" when they were filming commercials ahead of their showdown Saturday.

Jake Paul (1-0) made his debut in August of 2018 on the same card that his brother Logan squared off with KSI. A 5-foot-9, 180-pound point guard, Robinson was a first-round pick of the Phoenix Suns in the 2005 National Basketball Association draft.

"That's just him not being a professional, acting like Jake Paul".

"I'm taking this seriously", Paul told BT Sport Box Office. Robinson became the NBA's first three-time slam dunk champion. Rumor has it that Robinson's people are already on the phone with Bagel Boss for a fight in Atlantic City.

I mean this was a knock out of knock outs he was laid out flat and credit to Jake Paul he said he was going to do it and it came a round later than he predicted but he talked his shit and delivered no doubt about that. It's not a normal career change, and it's even weirder when you realize this fight is an undercard fight to Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr.

Perhaps the most ridiculous moment came when Paul knocked Robinson down the first time.

"There's a long list of opponents I want".

Although he ended the fight laying motionless on the mat, Robinson tried to use his speed to get inside on Paul and catch him.

The full event (four fights) will start at around 8 p.m. ET, or 5 p.m. local time in Los Angeles where the fight in taking place. Why wasn't it stopped sooner?
