Ahead of the first debate-stage matchup between President Donald Trump and his Democratic challenger Joe Biden, each campaign is promising a stark contrast in policy, personality and preparation.

US President Donald Trump on Wednesday launched a fresh mocking attack on John McCain, the Republican senator who died in 2018, after McCain's widow threw her support behind Joe Biden in the election.

"For decades, Democrat politicians like Joe Biden have taken black voters for granted". Nevada narrowly voted for then-Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

Researchers of this poll note that these percentages are so close the difference is not statistically significant. The poll's margin of error was 3.5%.

Quoting HHS Secretary Alex Azar, Politico reported that the Trump administration would have to work with Congress to replace the protections if Obamacare is removed.

Thus, it isn't surprising that most respondents - more than 70% - said the debates were not that important or were somewhat important. In both states, 57 percent of participants said they were anxious about catching the coronavirus.

The poll, conducted September 13-16, gave Biden an 8-point lead, a gap that has fluctuated only a little during the past several weeks.

The president also continued his criticism against the states where ballots are mailed automatically to registered voters. The case will be argued a week after Election Day.

The president's handling of the economy, however, has boosted his reelection chances as 57 percent of registered voters in Arizona approve of the job he's doing and 54 percent of registered voters in Florida said the same. He claims the alternative voting option will cause more instances of fraud and will disproportionately benefit Democrats.
