Black Ops Cold War Beta Update October 18 Unlocks All Attachments

One of the most legendary weapons in Call of Duty history is back to dominate the 1980s in Black Ops Cold War.

Dataminers have found some video files in the latest round of Black Ops Cold War's beta, and they've got file names that make it sound a lot like new map areas are coming for Warzone, mostly themed around Russian locales.

If you ever wanted to test a gun out and with certain attachments, now's the chance.

Today, we've unlocked all attachments for every weapon to help everyone test out a wider variety of loadouts for the remainder of the Beta, and 2XP continues for all players so everyone can rank up twice as fast unlock more weapons.

Keep in mind that 24 hours isn't a whole lot of time to check out the beta, so you should get in there and play as many matches as you can while you still can.

Black Ops Cold War Beta ends Monday, October 19 at 10AM PT.

Health officials announce 155 new coronavirus cases in BC
A total of 142 new cases of COVID-19 have been discovered over the past 24 hours, bringing the province's total to 11,034. There have been no new community outbreaks. "There also continue to be exposure events around the province".

If you want to give the multiplayer a try ahead of launch, then you can download the beta client from the PlayStation Store and Xbox Store right now. And, all PlayStation 4 players can jump back into the action as the Open Beta continues.

Black Ops Cold War Weekend 2 Beta for PS4, Xbox One, and PC features 6v6 modes and 12v12 Combined Arms: Domination & Assault, the debut of Hardpoint, and Fireteam: Dirty Bomb. Instead, the beta will go on for a little bit longer because of a newly announced Black Ops Cold War beta extension.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops ColdWar beta will also support crossplay between all the platforms.

Among the new contents, we certainly point out the 6Vs6 mode called Control, a challenge in which opposing teams fight to capture or defend two objectives on the map while trying to wipe out the other team before running out of lives.

As of this writing, Treyarch hasn't addressed anything regarding the PC cheaters, but hopefully, they'll clean things up before the game launches on current-gen consoles next month. Plus, cross-play has also been active.

The studio also announced a major new addition: Field of View Slider on all platforms.
