Whitecaps' match against FC Dallas at MLS is Back Tournament pushed back

MLS stated the six FC Dallas players were the only ones who tested positive from among the 392 people who have been tested.

Major League Soccer announced Saturday that it would be postponing the first match of the MLS is Back Tournament scheduled for Thursday after several FC Dallas members tested positive for COVID-19 after arriving in Florida.

Only 10 of 26 teams have arrived in Orlando ahead of the scheduled start of the MLS is Back tournament next Wednesday, but the effectiveness of the league's bubble is already being severely tested.

Vancouver and Dallas were drawn into Group B, along with reigning MLS Cup champions Seattle Sounders and San Jose Earthquakes.
