The post quickly went viral, triggering a wave of reactions from joy to shock to full-on concern. According to the Intelligencer, Kanye has aborted plans to getting his name listed as a third-party candidate in several USA states, including Florida.

DAILY POST had reported that the renowned rapper had announced that he has joined the race for the 2020 USA presidential election.

According to a report in New York Magazine's Intelligencer, Steve Kramer from West's campaign team said the rapper and designer would no longer run in the upcoming election.
