Johnny Depp’s bodyguard says Amber Heard abused the Hollywood star

Amber Heard is to begin three days of evidence at the High Court as part of Johnny Depp's libel case against The Sun over allegations of domestic violence during the pair's tempestuous relationship.

He has denied 14 claims of violence that NGN said proves the claim, portraying Heard as a calculating, dishonest, sociopathic fantasist intent on destroying his life.

"I was not "going public", on behalf of #MeToo or myself, to criticise JK Rowling's decision to cast Mr Depp, nor did I accuse Mr Depp of hurting Amber Heard, about which I have no first-hand knowledge".

Heard, who first met Depp on the set of the 2011 film "The Rum Diary", said the actor blamed his actions on a "self-created third party" he sometimes named "the monster".

Amber Heard has claimed she feared Johnny Depp would kill her before threatening to "f*** her corpse" in court today.

She said Depp would call her "fame-hungry", an "attention whore" and a "slut" if she wore certain revealing outfits.

In her written statement, interior designer Laura Divenere stated she had not seen any injury to Heard in the days after Heard alleges Depp threw a phone which struck her face.

"There was an argument in a hotel room in Tokyo that resulted in Johnny kneeling on my back and hitting me on the back of the head", she said.

But Mr Depp says no other woman has ever accused him of violence and his former partners Winona Ryder and Vanessa Paradis - who were not called to give evidence - both say he was "never violent or abusive" to them. Heard filed for divorce the following year, and the divorce was finalised in 2017.

But he never took responsibility for his actions, seeing himself as the victim and surrounding himself with enablers who excused or did not challenge his behaviour, she alleged.

What are federal agents doing in Portland, Oregon?
Protests have taken place for almost two months in Portland, since the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis on May 25. On Friday, Wheeler struck a stronger tone, saying Trump had a choice: keep troops in the federal buildings or send them home.

She said she would only have thrown things in her ex-husband's direction towards the end of their relationship when she needed to escape from him.

In her statement, Heard claimed that Depp would attribute his behavior to a split personality.

The Sun article had mentioned Kendall's advocacy for the #MeToo movement against sexual harassment and assault, and her accusations that disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein sexually harassed her. I have seen that these outrageous statements have been really distressing, and also caused damage to his career because unfortunately people have gone on believing these false facts. She said if she was out she would wear make-up but two or three day-old bruises were the hardest to hide.

I was also told by Mr Depp on multiple occasions that Ms Heard had physically abused him.

She was asked about five penthouse apartments in the Eastern Columbia Building in Los Angeles, which her sister and friend moved into.

She also said Heard, for whom she worked from 2012 to 2015, drank vast quantities of red wine during that time, saying she would receive incoherent and abusive text messages from her employer between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.

But he said there was no visible injury to her face, saying he had been looking at her constantly because "she was shouting at the top of her lungs". I can't promise you I won't get physical again...

Heard claimed in her written testimony that Depp "often didn't remember what he had done" because of the amount of alcohol and drugs he had consumed, and that "it was as if it hadn't happened for him".

"When I felt my life was threatened ..."
