Amber Heard Threw Johnny Depp’s Cell Phone From Balcony, Security Guard Alleges

A guard needed to purchase Johnny Depp's phone off a homeless man after Amber Heard tossed it off a veranda- costing him $425 and "3 chicken tacos", a United Kingdom court heard Thursday.

Heard said it was one of their dogs, but Depp strongly believes it was done by Heard herself or one of her friends.

Ben King, who worked for Depp between 2014 and 2015, told the court on Wednesday that Heard was the "antagoniser" in her relationship with Depp and that the pair would argue like schoolchildren.

At the start of day eight of Mr Depp's claim, Mr Sherborne said there was no need to call Ms Ryder and Ms Paradis given that the defendant's case is that the actor was not violent to other partners but was to Ms Heard.

On Thursday, the court was shown a photograph of a bruise on the 57-year-old's face which is alleged to have been caused by Ms Heard punching him on the night of her 30th birthday party.

King was involved in a clean-up operation after the alleged incident in Australia, during which the top of Depp's middle finger was sliced off. She seemed incredulous and asked again, 'you have never been so angry with someone that you just lost it?'

Johnny Depp's former long-term partner Vanessa Paradis and his ex-girlfriend Winona Ryder said accusations that he had abused his ex-wife did not reflect the person they knew, London's High Court has been told.

Depp and Ryder, who starred together in 1990's "Edward Scissorhands", were one of Hollywood's hottest couples in the early-90s.

Also speaking about working with Heard, James described the actress as a demanding employer, She claimed to have received "incoherent, abusive text messages" from Heard between 2 am and 4 am on an nearly daily basis.Johnny Depp Reveals the Incident That Made Him Realise That His Marriage with Amber Heard Cannot Be Saved.

Comet Neowise Streaks Across Clear Night Sky Over Netherlands
Comet Neowise was filmed streaking across the clear sky over the Netherlands during a still summer night on July 13. He added that on July 23, the comet will pass its closest to the Earth at a distance of 103.6 million kilometres.

The Sun's lawyer Sasha Wass told the court that that incident, another of the occasions when Johnny Depp is accused of assaulting his ex-wife, was one where Amber Heard "admits she punched Mr Depp in defence of her younger sister" and the only occasion when she did so.

"Heard was verbally and physically abusive towards Mr Depp". "This is nothing like the true Johnny I have known, and from my personal experience of many years, I can say he was never violent or abusive to me".

Mr Murphy claimed he told Ms Heard the penalties for taking animals into Australia without following the correct procedures "could be severe".

Ms Wass suggested to Mr Bett that he was "lying" and that "she had visible reddening to her cheek". I'm not a liar.

"I have known Johnny for more than 25 years". The court case has consisted of a lot of "he said, she said".

The case centres on an article published on the Sun's website in April 2018.

However, later on in 2016, Depp continued to get frustrated that he was being labeled a "wife-beater".

Kate James, who was sacked by the actress in February 2015, claimed Ms Heard "did not care about throwing anyone under the bus, if it meant saving her own skin". The hearing is expected to last for three weeks.
