Fortnite Season 3 adds Aquaman and floods the map

Without it, you will not be rewarded with the new skin, even if you complete all the Aquaman Challenges. The event marked the end of Season 2 and the beginning of Season 3 for the Battle Royale game.

One of the most attractive features of any Fortnite season is the Battle Pass.

Check out the Fortnite Season 3 Splashdown trailer, which highlights the newly submerged game map, teases some shark mechanics and marks the debut of DC superhero Aquaman in the game.

As each update develops in Fortnite, including different Seasons, we tend to make a simple map comparison consisting of two images that are taken in different periods. The vast majority of the areas you got used to last season have been changed dramatically, with some exceptions that you can find on higher ground.

There is no way to get your hands on the full Aquaman outfit just yet, as the challenges will unlock throughout Season 3.

Trump Sues to Block John Bolton Book
The Trump administration sued Bolton this week to prevent him from releasing his book, alleging breach of contract. He says Mr Trump immediately assumed Mr Xi meant the Democrats.

Players willing to shell out for the Battle Pass can work towards unlocking Jason Momoa himself and play as Aquaman, or as Kit, an adorable cat that pilots a mechanized suit in a Cait Sith-like fashion.

This challenge isn't live yet, but was leaked by Fortnite dataminer FireMonkey. The trailer showcases the ability for players to catch a ride on a shark using a fishing rod.

Another significant change is the addition of "Marauder" NPCs. While they're not too hard to deal with, you'll still need to be on your toes. If it doesn't, have a look for another whirlpool closer to The Fortilla, because you might have strayed too far out. As you can see on the map above, The Fortilla can be found in the south-west corner, next to Rickety Rig.

After what feels like an eternity, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 is finally here, and it is wet one for sure.
