The Apple TV app, including access to the new streaming service Apple TV+, has now arrived on LG smart TVs.
With the Apple TY app, LG TV owners can also subscribe to Apple TV channels - direct subscriptions to premium video services available both online and offline, ad-free and on-demand - and access their iTunes video library and buy or rent over 100,000 movies and shows.
Parliament condemns Trump's peace plan
Erdogan stressed that such a "rogue state" of Israel, which executes innocents on the streets, can never be credible for Turkey . During the event, Trump referred to Jerusalem as "Israel's undivided capital".
Love is also shared further down the LG line, with the NanoCell TVs (SM9X and SM8X series) receiving the update, while later in the year the UHD LCD TVs (UM7X and UM6X series) will also get the features. Many are now in 4K with Dolby Vision HDR support as well, since it is compatible with most new LG TVs.
Apple's AirPlay 2, which allows users to mirror content from their iPhone, iPad or Mac on their TV, is also available. According to Apple's website, other TV manufacturers including Sony and VIZIO, only offer AirPlay 2 support for now.
What's more, there's no mention of 2018 TVs in the latest announcement even though they were previously talked by LG in its original announcement about Apple TV app support (talk about dragging it out). Tonight, LG announced the Apple TV app is now being launched for compatible 2019 models in over 80 countries. As for LG's 2018 TVs, the company doesn't release any specific information, just that the Apple TV app will be available "later this year" for these models.
