"Take her out!" Trump tells Giuliani pals of ambassador in new recording

Mr Trump fired her in May 2019 and he told local media on Friday that he was "not a fan" of Ms Yovanovitch.

"Get rid of her. Get her out tomorrow".

"I probably would've told Rudy or somebody (around me)", he said. Take her out. Okay?

"That video was more than a year before he asked Marie Yovanovitch to be removed", Cotton said, noting the president is within his right to remove an ambassador for any reason.

When the report first came out, one source familiar with the recording told Fox News that the context of the conversation was not being accurately reflected, questioning how serious the president was in the tape and also noting that the ambassador served more than a year after that conversation.

"Given its importance to the national interest, we chose to release this recording in a manner meant to ensure equal public access, and in an effort to provide clarity to the American people and the Senate as to the need to conduct a fair trial, with witnesses and evidence", Bondy said in a statement to Fox News. "She's basically walking around telling everybody, 'Wait, he's going to get impeached, just wait, '" Parnas says in the recording. "You could never possibly have expected that the President would literally take that step". Trump has distanced himself from Parnas, and the president's supporters have questioned his credibility and motives.

The recording is from a 2018 dinner with Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, according to Parnas' attorney, Joseph Bondy. Fruman's attorney declined to comment. Parnas worked closely with Giuliani in a smear campaign against Yovanovitch and in the Giuliani-led effort to pressure the Ukrainian government to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.

New York City to require all stores to accept cash
Under the bill, businesses that refuse cash face fines of $1,000 for a first violation and $1,500 for each subsequent offense. In a statement issued by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement last Tuesday, officials said Mr.

"The President sits at many, many dinners, at many, many tables, with people he does not know", she said during an interview with Fox News. "But I have every right".

James Lankford, R-Okla., said the tape doesn't show Trump was lying when he said he didn't know Parnas. The remaining portion of the recording is only audio.

USA senator James Lankford, a Republican, likened Mr Trump's comment to those of Democrats who say Republicans will pay a price at the ballot box for supporting Mr Trump or will pay a price in the future as they are held accountable. Meanwhile, Giuliani said in interviewslast month that Yovanovitch was an obstacle to getting Ukraine to announce the investigations Trump sought.

"I was particularly gratified to see that everything Mr. Parnas has been stating about that event was true", Bondy said, referring to the April 30, 2018 dinner. "She's still left over from the Clinton administration".

"Get rid of her", the president responds. I don't care. Get her out tomorrow. Take her out. Ok?

In October, Parnas and Fruman were arrested and charged with making illegal campaign contributions - charges for which they have pleaded not guilty. Though Bondy rebutted that suggestion on behalf of his client, prosecutors have told him they don't believe Parnas.

It began with a phone call during which Mr Trump asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to investigate the Bidens.
