In addition to the PvE content, Blizzard has also unveiled a new map for Overwatch's newest competitive mode Push, which is also playable at BlizzCon.

There's also a brand new map which is set in Toronto - making it the game's first Canadian map.

As with Diablo IV, we have no idea when Overwatch 2 will be available. Afterward, Game Director Jeff Kaplan and Assistant Director Aaron Keller took the stage to debut more, including a cinematic story trailer and a gameplay trailer.

"With Overwatch 2, we're building the cooperative, narrative-driven game experience that players have been asking for since the original-and that we've wanted to make for a long time", said J. Allen Brack, president of Blizzard Entertainment.

Ultimate Abilities have also been added and function as follows: "all classes gain charge for their chosen Ultimate by using basic attacks". A new core PvP mode is in too, along with new maps, new characters, and new looks for old characters.

Overwatch 2 will possess a brand new core sport mode known as Push, residence in Toronto, which is ready to be playable on the display hide flooring this weekend. Rumors and whispers heading into BlizzCon 2019 suggested such a reveal was going to happen, and it turns out they were right.

Furthermore, Kenneth's band was also tightly encrusted with diamonds and had an inscription that read Barbie & Ken on it. There was even a small video where Nicki Minaj talks about the ring and subtly points out how she did not pay for it.

But if you don't buy Overwatch 2, you won't be left out.

"We want to make sure that all Overwatch cosmetics come forward with you into Overwatch 2, so all your progress matters. We're not coming out soon. not even Blizzard soon".

Overwatch 2 is expected to contain some kind of single-player component or a multiplayer coop move that focuses on PvE.

"Tune in early for a special BlizzCon pre-show at 10:30 a.m. PDT on Friday, and get ready for the opening ceremony live at 11 a.m. PDT".

This is the main thing missing from the original Overwatch, which hinges on big battle plays online.

The highly-popular team and hero-based multiplayer shooter has been around for just over three years now, and it's seen plenty of updates over that timeframe. Of course, if you decide to stick with the first game, you won't have access to the sequel's PvE content. And after last year's abysmal reaction to Diablo Immortal at Blizzcon 2018, they weren't chomping at the bit to get Immortal into the limelight during the convention.
