Oh No! Former f(x) Member Sulli Found Dead


K-pop star and former f (x) member Sulli was has died at the age of 25.

Sulli, whose actual title was, Choi Jin-ri, was a toddler actress earlier than she was a singer; she starred on the South Korean TV drama Ballad Of Sedong .

Her cause of death is being investigated by police.

"Her manager visited her home after failing to reach her since their last call the night before", Seongnam police said, adding that Sulli had been experiencing severe depression. The 25-year-old singer (second from right) and actress was found dead by her manager, police told CNN. In addition, Sulli's label SM has yet to come out with any official statement to address the situation.

Throughout her career, Sulli was the victim of malicious online harassment. She left the group in 2015 to focus on acting.

They also expect that revenue has likely fell 5.3% to 62 trillion won from 65.5 trillion won a year ago. The earnings guidance was announced before the market opened.

Her death sent shockwaves through the K-pop fan community. While she took a step back from music, Sulli continued to act while in f (x) and after quitting the band, appearing in the films The Pirates.

She was outspoken about matters of cyberbullying, especially after she suffered from online attacks and rumors in 2014.

The five-piece shot to fame with their single La Cha Ta before they went on to release Electric Shock and Hot Summer. She was cyber-bullied during her years in the spotlight, with some reportedly likening her to the underage girl in Vladimir Nabokov's novel Lolita.

Sulli had nearly six million followers on Instagram and sparked controversy in conservative South Korea with her outspoken views on feminism and for refusing to wear a bra.

"When I upload my photos without a bra, people talk about it a lot", she said.
