LeSean McCoy reportedly could sign with the Chargers amid Melvin Gordon holdout

The situation between the Los Angeles Chargers and Melvin Gordon got even more tense on Sunday when Chargers GM Tom Telesco announced that extension talks with their disgruntled running back would be held off until after the 2019 season. Gordon is running out of leverage, and it sounds like Telesco expects him to report, eventually, without a new deal.

So while Gordon can seek out potential trades, it still has to be something that makes sense for the Chargers.

"Just waiting on the call", said Gordon, who is reportedly prepared to sit out the entire season if a resolution isn't reached. McCoy would fit in beautifully with the team's offensive approach and could be had at a bargain rate compared to what Gordon is seeking. We'll see, but he raised some eyebrows tonight by beginning to follow the Philadelphia Eagles on Instagram.

Gordon is expected to explore all options, including returning to Los Angeles.

This is just yet another turn in the Melvin Gordon saga that has been ongoing since late-July.

Microsoft starts rolling out dark mode for Outlook, Office
Unfortunately, the company hasn't officially confirmed the latter and has yet to announce an official availability date. In the meantime, Outlook for Android automatically switches to Dark Mode when you choose the Battery Saver option.

Now, this might not mean anything.

The Eagles traded a sixth-round pick for Jordan Howard in the offseason and then drafted Miles Sanders in the second round.

Without Gordon, the Chargers will go into their opener September 8 against Indianapolis with Austin Ekeler and Justin Jackson as their top running backs.

In the meantime, Gordon will remain on the sideline.
