Brandon Routh, who now plays Ray Palmer/The Atom on CW's Legends of Tomorrow, will reprise his role as Superman for the Arrowverse's upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths storyline. After winter break, the crossover will pick up again on Tuesday, Jan. 14 with a new episode of Arrow at 8/7c before concluding with DC's Legends of Tomorrow at 9/8c.
Scott will join her old castmate Rachel Skarsten who played Dinah Redmond/Black Canary in the original series and now has a series regular role on "Batwoman" as Alice. The show only had 13 episodes and lasted only one season. Well, Huntress is a pretty ruthless vigilante and with so many heroes around, it makes sense that there would be some notable baddies to cause some drama.
"Crisis on Infinite Earths" is turning into quite the affair.
It's also worth noting that Skarsten is now playing Alice on the new Batwoman set to debut on The CW this fall. It would be fun to see the two come head-to-head, especially since Alice is being primed as Batwoman's prime antagonist.
House Presses Acting Director Of Intelligence About Whistleblower Complaint
One of the most glaring examples of this spin comes from the whistleblower's description of the events surrounding the phone call. Democrats are pledging to investigate both the allegations in the complaint as well as how the Trump administration handled it.
Stay tuned for the latest news on Tom Welling, Superman and the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover on The CW.
Based on comic books of the same name, Crisis on Infinite Earths features multiple DC characters including those from Smallville and Supergirl who will all have their stories connected across a number of timelines and "Earths". As a fan of Superman Returns and his take on the character, I'm curious to see what he'll do with it here.
Be sure to mark your calendars accordingly and steel yourselves for one of the biggest superhero television events this side of Krypton!
