Prince Andrew warned over contents of Jeffrey Epstein diary

Epstein was discovered around 7:30 a.m. Saturday after apparently hanging himself in his NY jail cell while facing new charges for allegedly sex-trafficking minors to the rich and powerful, according to The Daily Mail.

A woman who alleges financier Jeffrey Epstein trafficked her for sex as a girl said former U.S. Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell of ME was one of the men she was asked to visit as part of that trafficking ring, according to court documents unsealed Friday.

Virginia Giuffre insists she was "lent out" to Prince Andrew for sexual favours, while another woman, Johanna Sjoberg, says she was groped on the breast by the royal.

'I sat on Andrew's lap, I believe on my own volition, ' said Ms Sjoberg, who was 21 at the time.

"The Duke of York has denied vigorously ever having any Form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia (Roberts) Giuffre had".

Other documents show testimony from another woman who has alleged abuse at the hands of Epstein and Maxwell, and claimed in a deposition that Epstein told her that "in his opinion, he needed to have three orgasms a day". She alleged she was also instructed by Epstein and Maxwell to have sex with Epstein's friends.

"There are multiple victims who claim that Ghislaine Maxwell was a personal participant in recruiting them for Jeffrey Epstein, that she assisted in the scheduling of appointments, multiple victims being delivered to Epstein on a daily basis over an extended period of time", attorney Jack Scarola, who has represented various of Epstein's accusers, told CBS.

Giuffre said she had performed sexual acts on Dershowitz, an allegation he has repeatedly and vehemently denied.

The court papers also include a photograph that has been in circulation since 2015 showing Andrew with his arm around Giuffre's bare waist in London in 2001.

Afghans Spend First Day Of Eid In Peace
The Taliban has so far refused to negotiate with the Afghan government, calling it a "puppet regime". The Taliban have denounced the election as a sham and threatened to attack rallies.

The financier had been taken off suicide watch at the jail, The Associated Press reported.

In that case in 2008, a deal allowed Epstein to plead guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida and avoid more serious federal charges.

The masseuse, then 17, had been forced into prostitution by the U.S. billionaire and his English "fixer" Ghislaine Maxwell, according to allegations in court papers released hours before Epstein's death.

Ferguson told the Daily Telegraph in a 2011 interview that Andrew had helped arrange for Epstein to pay more than $18,000 to one of the her former assistants to whom she owed almost $100,000 in unpaid wages and other bills.

Manhattan federal prosecutors last month charged Epstein, 66, with sex trafficking of girls as young as 14, and details of his behavior have been emerging for years.

"The allegation contained in the released documents is false", Mitchell said.

The manuscript by Virginia Giuffre is among 2,000 items. Giuffre mentions "another prince", a "foreign president", a "well-known prime minister", and the owner of a French "large hotel chain", but seems frustrated she can't "recall all of the people", largely because there were so many of them.

"He just did a good one - 18 years - (She spoke to me & said "I love Jeffrey")", Brunel said in an undated phone call, according to a photo of the message book.

"Any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue", the statement said. They also say additional victims have come forward since Epstein's arrest. US Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta resigned last month after coming under fire for overseeing that deal when he was US attorney in Miami.
