He turned down his player-option with the Warriors to enter free agency and has made it clear throughout the season that he wants a max deal.

The Instagram account is associated with "The Boardroom", which airs episodes on ESPN+ and is executively-produced by Durant.

Durant, an unrestricted free agent, has narrowed his next team down to four choices: the Los Angeles Clippers, New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets, and incumbent Golden State Warriors.

Durant, who underwent surgery on his Achilles in NY, will host his free agent meetings in NY along with his business manager Rich Kleiman. "Each episode will feature topics that are top of mind for all sports fans in the form of candid conversations you can't find anywhere else".

Kevin Durant is not going to take his time and drag out his decision. Each episode will focus on a broad theme, with topics ranging from team ownership to player development and the business of social media.

But it could - it makes it where potentially he'd have to - he'd still potentially have to play two of them. Each player vaulted two spots from their ATP tour rankings.

When the Golden State Warriors wanted to recruit Kevin Durant to the franchise in 2016, the superstars of the team traveled to NY and met with Durant in a rented house in the Hamptons to argue their case.

There was heavy speculation Durant sought to team up with close friend Kyrie Irving in NY. The report also stated that Durant's decision-making process could last "well into next week".

What Durant chooses could impact the market for Butler and a host of other free agents, and it will leave the teams that miss out looking hard at their Plan B. The Knicks could free up some more of the cap space if they let some of the players go away in the free agency.

National Basketball Association free agency officially begins at 11pm BST tonight with a whirlwind of action expected to take place.
