'Dog the Bounty Hunter' star Beth Chapman in medically-induced coma

The show followed Dog, the mulleted bounty hunter, and his platinum blond wife Beth, who formed a ferocious team with other family and colleagues and tracked down bail fugitives.

"We humbly ask everyone to please pray for Beth", reads the statement, which also sends "sincere thanks to everyone for their prayers throughout Beth's battle with cancer".

Chapman and her husband found fame on the A&E reality series "Dog the Bounty Hunter", which chronicled the adventures of their family-owned bounty hunting business and aired from 2004 to 2012. "Get up dress up show up!" At the time, a rep for the Chapmans told The Blast, "Beth was hospitalized Saturday due to an accumulation of fluid in her lungs".

In late 2018, Beth learned her cancer had returned and she underwent emergency throat surgery after doctors discovered a large blockage in her throat. However, the cancer came back and prompted the reality star to undergo another surgery in November to have a tumor removed from her throat.

In a promo video, Duane says: "My wife, the love of my life, is fighting for her life, and instead of being at home helping her, I'm out here looking for you". "So I'm warning you in advance: May God have mercy on you when I catch you".

Part of WGN's Dog's Most Wanted filmed Beth Chapman's cancer battle. Beth Chapman's health has to come first, and right now the family is taking it one day at a time.

Their daughter Bonnie Chapman tweeted a photo Saturday night of her father sweetly embracing her mother, captioned only with a pair of hearts.
