The Chicago Sun-Times notes that the initials of the victim in the 2010 case match one of the four victims listed in the February charges. Now his situation has gotten even worse, as there are new charges against him, and they are serious. The disgraced singer is scheduled to appear in court on June 6, CBS Chicago reported.
