The midfielder's contract ends this summer and, despite talks with United, it is understood he has told Paris St-Germain he will join them.

Since joining the Premier League for £29m in 2104 from hometown club Athletic Bilbao, the midfielder has gone on to make 187 appearances for the club, netting 20 times, winning three major honours during his time at Old Trafford.

It was explained that the player's proposed move to PSG isn't "as advanced as announced".

While the tireless midfielder concedes he wouldn't want the 2018 FIFA World Cup victor to depart Old Trafford he admitted his teammate would thrive in his homeland with Los Blancos.

Barr: 'I think spying did occur' against Trump campaign
Although he was non-specific about what he was referring to by spying, Barr mentioned the intelligence community. Coons said he is not, adding Barr's actions have "created more confusion" than it has created transparency.

According to him, the game is all about Paul Pogba and Lionel Messi and how the two world-class players can influence their respective teams.

I take care of myself for that reason, I feel well and I want to continue in football for as long as my body allows me to because the day I retire I will begin to regret to have hung up my boots.

Herrera's preference was to extend his stay at United but, after growing frustrated at a lack of communication from the club, is ready to commit his future to the Ligue 1 side. I do not close doors'.

Other midfielders who have been linked with the club include West Ham's Declan Rice and Saul Niguez of Atletico Madrid, but the experienced Everton man wouldn't have as high a price tag. He is quick, powerful, helps at the defensive end, he can go one-on-one, he provides assists and scores.
