What I've heard is that Murray is one of the more dynamic quarterback prospects personnel men have seen in several years and may have more potential than any quarterback drafted last year. Elway, who played 16 seasons at quarterback at 6-3, said Wednesday he thinks Murray's height might make him a bad fit for the Broncos, who plan to play their QB more often under center next season.
"The height from shotgun doesn't matter almost as much as it does if you're coming out from underneath center all the time because by the time you get back there the pocket a lot of times is caving on you. I don't know that it's a true impact on the position or on the performance".
"Football has been my love and passion my entire life", Murray's statement declared.
So it appears that Murray is a half-inch shorter than Wilson with smaller hands and shorter arms, but is slightly heavier. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Heisman victor measured in at just over 5-foot-10 and was weighed in at 207 pounds, both of which are solid figures for him.
Momo Challenge: Creepy viral game resurfaces, warnings go global
A Norfolk school has joined others around the world in warning parents about the dangers of the internet " suicide game " Momo. The call comes in the wake of the "Momo Challenge" a new cyberbullying game that targets young and vulnerable people online.
His numbers at the Combine this year are closer to Russell Wilson's when he was coming out of Wisconsin than anyone anticipated.
What seems to be the unfortunate reality is that Murray will not be high on the Broncos' draft board despite his measurement unless John Elway was playing some serious misdirection.
