Mike Francesa On Tom Izzo Controversy: 'We've Gotten So Soft'

Tom Izzo was not happy with the way Michigan State played against Bradley in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday, and the longtime coach has faced some criticism for the way he went after freshman Aaron Henry a few times during the second half.

Despite his fury, Michigan State did advance to the second round of the tournament and will face the 10th-seeded Minnesota on Sunday AEDT. "It always made me better", he said.

Both games will be on CBS and can also be streamed online at March Madness Live.

Michigan State has been knocked out in the first or second round of the NCAA Basketball Tournament for the last three years. Izzo said after the game.

Geostorm To Give Northern US, Canada Probability To See Aurora Borealis
That means there is a chance that we could catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis , also known as the Northern Lights. But it could be good news for residents of Syracuse, New York, where clear skies are forecasted for Saturday night.

"I was so disappointed to hear all these jackasses on other networks complaining about a coach actually coaching his team", Barkley said. "Aaron Henry-trust me-did some things that you can't do as a starter on a top-5 team at the end of your freshman year". Or maybe he'd make tens of millions of dollars while giving his employees free room and board and calling it even'. "It's one-and-done time. The "my-bads" are out the window". "I'm disappointed you can't coach a guy hard these days without somebody making a big deal about it". Lol Izz cares about his players more than half these other college coaches. 'It's once every blue moon, I feel like. I'd like to think that Minnesota may be rejuvenated after their win over Louisville and the Gophers certainly have the depth to compete, but when there's a history between two teams, and one team has dominated a lot of the recent history, sometimes a team just has your number, so I'll lay the points with Michigan State here.

Izzo ran up to Henry as he came off the court and began screaming at him during a timeout in the second half. The Spartans, Big Ten co-regular season and conference tournament champion, defeated the Gophers 79-55 on February 9 in East Lansing in their only previous meeting this season.

Minnesota comes into Saturday's game playing some of its best ball.
