Xiaomi Unveils Mi Mix 3 5G - Lowest Cost 5G Handset

Xiaomi announced that it was doing what it can to push 5G, partnering with Qualcomm for the tech inside the Mi Mix 5G handset.

Amon expected the transition to 5G to be faster than that from so-called third-generation networks to the fourth, which has already quickened download times and enabled advances such as video streaming to mobile phones.

The Mi 9 houses a Snapdragon 855 processor and 3,300mAh battery that you'll be able to recharge in a hurry whether you plug in and use Qualcomm's QC4+ at 27W or use Xiaomi's new 20W fast wireless charging system that claims to safely charge the Mi from dead to full in 90 minutes. The Mi MIX 3 5G sports upgraded specifications while boasting the same premium design as the previous iteration. At its pre-MWC 2019 event, the Chinese smartphone maker announced that it will be among the first smartphone maker to launch a commercial 5G smartphone.

This year's MWC is all about folding phones and 5G connectivity, and Xiaomi just threw its hat in the ring with the announcement of its first 5G smartphone: the Mi Mix 3 5G.

Support Green New Deal
There, one young activist explained that they were "trying to ask you to vote yes on the Green New Deal", legislation proposed by Sen.

It will be a 5G version of its popular Mi Mix 3 handset, which will be called - unsurprisingly, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G. Its 5G variant has a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340*1080 pixels and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It runs MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie and is backed by same 3,200mAh battery.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 price in the global markets has been set at Euro 449 (roughly Rs. 36,200) for the base 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant, while the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage model will be available at Euro 499 (roughly Rs. 40,200). Instead of €500, now youll have to pull €599 out of your pocket for a unit in Onyx Black or Sapphire Blue with 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a highlight mode, game mode and an eye protection mode.

Huawei's latest foldable phone, Mate X, also supports 5G.

There is a 12-megapixel AI dual camera on the rear, the same as the non-5G version.
