Everton Eyeing Deal for Chelsea Striker Michy Batshuayi After Valencia Loan Ends

Chelsea centre-forward Michy Batshuayi is set to return to Stamford Bridge from a disappointing loan spell with Spanish club Valencia.

Further, Chelsea are in search of an elite frontman of their own, but even in that climate, they are reportedly ready to sanction a cut-price deal for Batshuayi.

"I expect he will leave in the coming hours or days".

The club's sporting director Mateu Alemany confirmed Batshuayi will be heading back to London on a press conference on Thursday.

"The player knows. For the good of the player and the club, we are looking for a solution".

There has been no indication from Chelsea that they want to keep hold of him, despite the club's striker struggles with Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud.

The French club are on the verge of signing Cesc Fabregas from Chelsea with a three and a half year deal agreed with the player and the transfer agreed with the selling club.

According to the Mirror, Everton, Crystal Palace, Fulham and Marseille have all expressed an interest in signing the Blues striker, with £14million the quoted price to sign him on a permanent basis.
