Miller died as a result of a mix of fentanyl and cocaine, according to a toxicology report from the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office. The coroner ruled that the overdose caused by "mixed drug toxicity" was accidental. Unfortunately, McCormick struggled with staying sober, frequently slipping into excessive substance abuse. There was also an empty bottle of alcohol on the nightstand while a rolled up $20 bill with white powdery residue was found in Mac's right pocket.

Alcohol and drug paraphernalia were found; however, TMZ reported the house was mostly "swept clean" before investigators arrived.
