A new Google Pixel 3 XL unboxing video confirms all the rumors

That's a change from previous Pixel launches that took place in San Francisco, which is much closer to their headquarters than NY. The launch target and new event location - previous Pixel events were held in California - comes after weeks of thorough leaks, photos, and plenty of video footage of the larger Pixel 3 XL device.

What's interesting is that we previously heard a reliable rumor that Google planned to stick to the October 4 date this year for the Pixel 3 launch. Now a news report by Bloomberg claims that the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL smartphones will be launched at a media event on October 9 in NY.

Earlier this month, we saw a youtube video showing unboxing of Google Pixel 3 XL.

Google hasn't officially confirmed the launch dates of Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. A FameBit listing hinted that the Pixel 3 phone is launching on that day. There could also be a dual front-facing selfie camera, making for ideal bokeh background blur in shots. Powering the Pixel 3 XL is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 4GB Ram and 64GB of internal storage although this will probably one of the options only.

United States senator John McCain dead at 81
The late senator "was a man of honor, a true patriot in the best sense of the word", wrote Democrat Jimmy Carter (1977-1981). Ted Kennedy of MA died in 2009, President Barack Obama ordered flags at the White House be flown at half-staff for five days.

This is the latest leak of Google's Pixel 3 XL to show the device in detail.

Google, of course, will release other hardware devices at this event, including two Pixelbook Chromebooks, a first-ever Google-branded smartwatch, and possibly more. This shouldn't be surprising since the Pixel 3 XL supports wireless charging.

If Bloomberg's source has accurate information, Google will release the Pixel 3 almost a month after the 2018 iPhones hit store shelves. As Android Police reports, it appears the company might be doing the same again this year, given that it's been on the hunt for Canadian influencers to switch to the Pixel 3 and appear in a video on October 4.
