Reddy, who has acted in three films so far, has alleged that she was sexually exploited by various producers and directors.
Hours later, the starlet turned up at the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce office where she was denied entry. Sri Reddy, apparently inspired by the "Me Too" campaign that began in Hollywood and spread across, has been shaking the Telugu film industry for the last few weeks with her frequent controversial "revelations" about casting couch. For over a month, she has been garnering a lot of attention due to her serious allegations about the rampant sexual exploitation of female actors by some of the big names in the Telugu film industry.
She said that she has been forced to send nudes to people to seek roles. She says, "They see the videos and give no roles".
According to reports, she said that, "For how long they will delay membership to me?"
She had arrived at their office in plain churidhar while also calling a local channel and when they didn't accede to her demands, she went out and took off her clothes and protested in bare minimum. Sri Reddy, however, stood firm on her stand to "expose of true colours of the industry".

But, he added, his father would want the United States to create a culture of nonviolence. We must do better. "I still remember that to this day", said Leon Copeland from Buffalo.
On 2 April, Reddy had also posted on Facebook alluding to a top filmmaker of being involved in a casting couch racket.
Claiming herself to be a victim of casting couch, Sri said in her interviews with the local TV channels that numerous upcoming heroines were suffering silently.
Sri Reddy alleged that many producers and directors demanded her nude photos and videos for a film role. She also punted fingers at Indian Idol singer Sreeram Chandra. Earlier this week, she targeted popular director Sekhar Kammula. I am no judge of whether her method of protest is right or not, but no woman deserves to be driven to this point.
"APOLOGIZE and take back every word that was posted against me or be ready to face legal action, which will include criminal/ civil proceedings (sic)", he warned. "She has not given any complaints regarding her allegations to police till now", a Police officer said.
