Ryan Reynolds to Produce Clue Movie With Deadpool Writers

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Reynolds has signed a three-year deal with Fox, which will keep him with the studio well into its merger with Disney.

The first of these will be Clue, a live action film based on the Hasbro board game of the same name (known as Cluedo in Ireland and the UK).

In keeping with the nature of the whodunit board game, the film had three alternate endings, each included on the DVD and Blu-Ray, allowing audiences can make up their own minds as to who the murderer truly is. Interestingly enough, this remake will star Ryan Reynolds and has the writers from Deadpool 2, which means it could be more comedic than the original. The Deadpool writing team of Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese will pen the script. Clue is my favorite board game and having one of my favorite actor's star is delightful news.
