According to an arrest warrant for Fotis Dulos, Troconis has been interviewed three times by investigators from the New Canaan Police and the state police and was less than truthful during two of the interviews.

Both Fotis and Troconis were arrested in June on charges of evidence tampering and hindering prosecution.

According to the public information office of the Connecticut State Police, the agency's Western District Major Crime Squad arrested Fotis Dulos at his home. That's where police say a physical assault occurred in the garage. Troconis admitted during questioning that she couldn't account for his whereabouts from about 8 a.m. ET until between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. ET on the day of Jennifer Dulos' disappearance.

An attorney said Fotis Dulos will plead not guilty to the new charge and criticized police for focusing all their attention on his client.

The warrant also details how police believe Fotis used a Fore Group worker's Toyota Tacoma truck to go down to New Canaan.

Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing U.S. mother Jennifer Farber Dulos, was taken into custody this week and charged for a second time with tampering with evidence, officials said. But investigators say they later found a blood-like substance and Jennifer Dulos' DNA in the truck. Using geo-location records secured through Fotis Dulos's phone, investigators unearthed video surveillance that appears to show the pair going on a Hartford area dump-run, disposing of several items including at least some with Jennifer Dulos's DNA.

Johnson's response was one that many people believe he's been planning all along; he threatened to call a national election. Once this deadline has passed, he will have to request an extension to the UK's departure date to 31 January 2020.

Connecticut State Police said Fotis Dulos was arrested and charged with evidence tampering as part of a joint investigation with the New Canaan Police Department. "And I believe the prosecution is reluctant to charge Mr. Dulos with murder until they've assembled all of the evidence they can, including the body, before they file the formal charge. because the absence of a body could create a reasonable doubt in an ordinary prosecution".

Dulos and his attorney Norm Pattis deny the allegations. We wish the state police spent more time looking for Jennifer and less trying to build a case against Fotis. When and if the state decides it can prove its case, we will welcome the chance to meet the case in open court.

Pattis said Dulos meant to plead not guilty to the new charges. "When do we get the chance to question these folks?"

The truck he is believed to have been driving on the day she vanished actually belonged to one of his employees, the warrant said. I love my children.

Troconis's attorney Andrew Bowman told reporters she should be presumed innocent. Detectives later recovered clothing and household goods from trash receptacles with Jennifer Dulos' blood on them. She entered a plea of not guilty to the original charges in June. Both were released on bond, surrendered their passports and were forced to wear Global Positioning System monitoring devices. Fotis was released Wednesday on $500,000 bail.
