Ever since Square Enix's Avengers project was revealed two years ago, the anticipation has been building for the game, which is produced in partnership with Tomb Raider's Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal. Below you can find the gameplay trailer for the newly titled game Marvel's Avengers.

Square Enix confirmed the game will be regularly updated with new content at no extra cost. However, other than the reveal that Marvel's Avengers is a loot-based game with gear customization, not much was said concerning the gameplay and 4-player co-op element of the game until the game's official E3 Coliseum panel.

The move also follows in the footsteps of Marvel's recent Spider-Man PS4 game which hired a new actor to play Peter Parker, instead of using Tom Holland's likeness. This means that there's no holds barred and this game's version of the Avengers could end up doing anything or fighting any enemy without having to pay attention to established lore.

The trailer shows Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, Thor, and Black Widow as they battle on the Golden Gate Bridge over new technology now protected by the Avengers.

E3 2019: What to expect from Microsoft, Nintendo, and EA
With the potential of the first look at a new Animal Crossing game , as well as a peek inside the next set of Super Smash Bros. The company had said that it's skipping a release this year, and the same goes for Skull and Bones, that's delayed for 2020.

At E3 2019, developer Crystal Dynamics finally showcased its forthcoming action-adventure title, Marvel's Avengers. Five years later, with all Super Heroes outlawed and the world in peril, the only hope is to reassemble Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

The voice cast is pretty impressive, assembling Troy Baker as Bruce Banner, Jeff Schine as Captain America, Travis Willingham as Thor, Laura Bailey as Black Widow and Nolan North as Tony Stark.

The casting choice for the Marvel's Avengers game has been critcized by fans. Furthermore, it looks like Ant-Man, aka Hank Pym, will be among the game's first batch of DLC. They will, however have early beta access for PS4 and platform specific benefits.
