George Russell fastest on return to Mercedes at Bahrain test
Mick Schumacher made his long-awaited Formula One debut in Bahrain on Tuesday as he began the in-season test for Ferrari . Mick is now competing in the F2 Championship - the feeder series to F1, where he finished 8th and 6th in his debut races.
He's logged 713 tackles, nine interceptions, nine fumble recoveries and forced eight fumbles. Among them is former Texas and SMU quarterback Garrett Gilbert, who will go into 2019 with a brand new National Football League team.
Gilbert was selected in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the Rams.
Gilbert now goes from lighting up a spring league to the Browns, where he'll enter a quarterback room that features another former Lake Travis star: Baker Mayfield. He ended up bouncing around the league, never making an NFL appearance, until the final game of the 2018 season, when he threw three passes for the Carolina Panthers.
Gilbert spent the 2017 season with the Panthers as a practice squad player.
