La'Reina Haynes, who acted as Kim's surrogate, gave birth to her third child, a baby girl, just over a week ago - so will hardly be giving birth to another baby in May.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have revealed they are expecting their fourth child together.

"[Kim] always wanted four kids", an insider told Us Weekly. Since the baby announcement, fans have taken to the web to inquire about the surrogacy process and much more!

Kardashian West also believes that her authentic nature is one of the reasons behind her success and that of her siblings.

Though it hasn't been confirmed whether Kim and Kanye are using the same surrogate they used for Chicago, sources say the pair would definitely have been comfortable doing that.

The famous beauty admitted she was relieved her fears that she wouldn't share the same bond with Chicago as she does with her older children were unfounded as she felt an "instant connection" to the tot.
