The New York State Bar Association says the FBI should investigate allegations of sexual assault against Brett Kavanaugh. Harvard Law spokespeople twice declined to comment and once did not respond to the Crimson's multiple requests for clarity on whether Harvard will allow Kavanaugh to continue serving as a Lecturer on Law. On Friday, President Trump ordered the FBI to reopen the background investigation of Kavanaugh.

In response to student protests over the sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee and Harvard Law School visiting lecturer Brett Kavanaugh, John F. The abrupt developments gave senators, the White House and millions of Americans following the drama at home hardly a chance to catch their breath after Thursday's emotional Senate hearing featuring Kavanaugh angrily defending himself and accuser Christine Blasey Ford determinedly insisting he assaulted her when they were teens.
