Ariana Grande splits from Pete Davidson three months after engagement

Grande and Davidson announced their engagement in May, just a few weeks after the news came out that they were dating.

Grande was shaken by the sudden death of ex-boyfriend, rapper Mac Miller, who passed away in September.

Sources close to the former couple say that the decision was mutual and acknowledged that it was simply too soon and not the right time. Neither has confirmed the breakup on social media. Grande's engagement ring costright around $100k.

After Miller's passing Grande chose not to make any public appearances or attend the Emmy awards with Davidson, according to ET.

Sears hires advisers to prepare bankruptcy filing
Reports circulated that the company is talking to advisers and banks in preparation for a bankruptcy filing. The company separately said it named restructuring expert Alan Carr to its board of directors.

The couple both reportedly, 'still have love for each other, ' but their relationship is now over.

Grande has also recently been contending with undisclosed personal issues that reportedly prompted the singer to take a break from work to focus on her well-being.

Grande was open about experiencing anxiety and PTSD after a suicide bomber killed 22 people and injured more than 500 in a terrorist attack at the Manchester show of her Dangerous Woman tour in May 2017.

Representatives have yet to comment on the claims, but the news emerges hours after Ariana pulled out of a scheduled performance at the F. Cancer benefit gala in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Scooter, who is Ariana's manager, was in attendance to speak on stage about his wife, Yael Cohen Braun, who received an honor as co-founder of the organization.
