Delta online systems back to normal after outage

A technological glitch caused Delta flights to be grounded across the country Tuesday night.

"Delta IT teams are working diligently to address a technology issue impacting some of our systems", the airline tweeted from its official Twitter account.

Delta is telling those passengers the issue is with the airline's computer system but did not elaborate.

He blamed regional countries and their "US masters" for the attack, adding that Iran would respond "swiftly and decisively". The Islamic State group also claimed responsibility for the attack, but provided no evidence it carried out the assault.

The airline said Delta flights in the air were not disrupted. "We apologize to all customers for this inconvenience".
