KYLIE Jenner's latest magazine cover is turning heads and raising eyebrows - but this time it's not for what you'd expect.

On Wednesday, the sister of Kim Kardashian West made the cover of Forbes' America's Women Billionaires, but she's not just making history as a woman - with another year of growth, she could be the youngest self-made billionaire ever.

Forbes' Natalie Robehmed detailed how Kylie Cosmetics has found success by harnessing Jenner's vast social-media following and slashing costs by outsourcing labour.

The young mommy of five-month of daughter Stormi, Kylie will also be the youngest "self-made" billionaire ever (male or female) when she beats Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg who became a billionaire at 23.

According to the publication, at just 20 years old, Jenner has amassed $900 million ($A1.2 billion), after launching cult beauty brand Kylie Cosmetics less than three years ago. Forbes said it valued her company at almost $800 million, and Jenner owns 100 percent of it.

Among them were Will Carr and Dale Goulding, who made the decision to book flights last Thursday before progress was guaranteed. In 2002, 2006 and 2014 they were eliminated in the group stages, and they failed to qualify for the 2010 tournament.

"We consider any person who built her own fortune, and didn't inherit the money, to be self-made", Forbes' methodology reads. Since then, however, she has sold more than $630 million worth of makeup, including an estimated $330 million in 2017, reports Forbes. Not to mention the millions she's earned from her many endorsement deals, TV appearances and retail goods from the Kendall + Kylie Clothing brand she shares with sister Kendall Jenner. But on top of that, 16.4 million follow her company directly and 25.6 million follow Jenner on Twitter.

Kylie Jenner appears on the front page of the August 31, 2018 issue of Forbes magazine. She takes that money and leverages her social media following.

Having made headlines as a teenager for using lip implants, Kylie Cosmetics' first product was a "lip kit", which combined a lipstick and lip liner.

Forbes reported Kylie earned 41 million dollars in the past year. Her mother had the foresight to grow it into a full makeup line and ongoing business.

"Maybe one day [I'll] pass this on to Stormi, if she's into it".
