Meghan Markle has only just become royalty since saying "I do" to Prince Harry on May 19, but it's clear she's ready to hit the ground running - and with the family's matriarch, no less.

This meant that Princess Charlotte was the first member of the British Royal Family to keep her position in line to the throne despite the birth of her brother Prince Louis. It was also history in the making, as a handsome American actress and humanitarian was welcomed into the 1,000-year-old British monarchy in one of the most unique royal occasions ever.

Ragland, a yoga instructor, met Queen Elizabeth II for tea with Harry and Markle at Windsor castle a day before the wedding.

According to Metro, York Cottage used to be known as the Bachelor's Cottage-something that will certainly change if one of the most famous married couples in the world decide to move in.

This isn't the first time the Queen has given such a generous wedding gift.
