The 28-year-old Grammy victor paid it forward May 5, Saturday, she took a break from her Reputation Stadium Tour rehearsals in Glendale, Arizona, to visit Isabella, who found strength in Taylor's music after receiving severe burn injuries in a fire pit explosion on St. Patrick's Day. She said, "She brought her a bag with goodies from her tour".
As AZ Central documented, 8-year-old Isabella McCune recently recorded a video for Taylor Swift.
The little fan got a sweet hug from Taylor, something that she'll never forget.
"I heard you were here, and I wanted to visit you but maybe you can come and visit me".
The Delicate songstress made the special visit after the McCune's family and newspaper collaborated on a video last Wednesday - ahead of her Reputation tour which will kick off in Glendale, Arizona on Tuesday night.

Isabella, eight, suffered third-degree burns on most of her body after a fire pit exploded during a St Patrick's Day party, according to the Arizona Republic.
The note stated that Taylor hopes Isabella feels better soon and that she was honored she has been listening to her music.
"Taylor took time out of her busy, busy schedule and sat down on the bed next to Isabella", her mother, Lilly McCune, told PEOPLE.
Lilly also said that Isabella wasn't just your run-of-the-mill fan, but rather Taylor's music helped her through her treatment at the hospital. "She was speechless. She was so happy", she said. And when Taylor left the hospital, she gave Isabella a lasting gift.
Swift visited with Isabella for about 20 minutes and also spent about 10 minutes with hospital staff.
