Conor McGregor lashes out at Dana White for stripping Irishman of UFC

Asked if he wants to keep working with McGregor, White said: "Right now? No". From the moment their UFC 223 matchup was announced, it seemed 50-50 at best that they'd actually make it to the ring in one piece.

"The interim belt that he had, those two [Nurmagomedov and Ferguson] were supposed to fight - doesn't happen".

But he couldn't have been more clear about McGregor's future at Wednesday afternoon's UFC 223 press conference in Brooklyn.

The undefeated Russian was all set to finally fight UFC interim lightweight champ Tony Ferguson, who was riding a stellar run of form himself, but a freak injury during a media appearance at the FOX Sports studios left "El Cucuy" with a badly-torn PCL - and the title fight in tatters. Nurmagomedov was supposed to fight Tony Ferguson (23-3 MMA, 13-1 UFC) until a Ferguson injury knocked him out just a week before the fight, and Holloway stepped in.

Ferguson would be replaced by featherweight title holder Max Holloway, who now will face the undefeated Khabib Nurmagomedov.

The video shows McGregor and his entourage attacking the bus and hurling objects through the bus windows, leaving fighter Michael Chiesa cut up and bloodied, according to TMZ.

He said: "The only person here who is losing a belt is Conor".

"You's'll strip me of nothing you's do nothing cunts", McGregor said in his Tweet. There's some bad blood between the pair, which started past year when Ferguson went on the 5ive Rounds podcast blasting Diaz for refusing to fight him and instead looking for another fight with Conor McGregor.

Officials put the death toll at 64 people, including at least 41 children, and said 25 of the 76 injured were hospitalized. Tuleyev also told Putin that "troublemakers" and "opposition forces" were attempting to stoke unrest for political gain.

Pre-event UFC media days are typically humdrum, with most fighters too drained from their weight cut to really talk and little to no drama to be had.

The direction of the division in the second half of the year likely hangs in the balance as well given that the UFC pushed for the former champion to get an immediate rematch and you could make a case for a trilogy fight between these two should Jedrzejczyk regain the belt this weekend.

Dana White said warrant is out for Conor McGregor's arrest. It marks the fourth different time that the UFC has tried, and failed, to book Ferguson vs Nurmagomedov.

Prior to Thursday, White had said McGregor would "100 percent" return to UFC in 2018.

'There is a warrant out for Conor McGregor's arrest, ' White told reporters.

McGregor quickly took to Twitter this morning to respond, with a typically no-nonsense message aimed at UFC chiefs.

It's always worth taking what the UFC president says with a grain of salt.
