Unruly traveler subdued by passengers on Boise-bound United flight

The event occurred on Monday, during the SkyWest flight 5449 from San Francisco to Boise.

Check out the video of the woman passenger as she struggled to open the aircraft cabin door and screams, "I am God, I am God".

"She wasn't acting right, or normal, from the very beginning", he told the publication, adding that he also heard her say phrases like "God has all the data" and "I don't' have any data".

Law enforcement officials met the flight at the gate where they detained the woman, whose identity was not immediately released.

The middle-aged woman was flying from San Francisco to Boise, Idaho on March 5 when she reportedly shouted: "I want to die!"

Witnesses told the Idaho Press that the woman appeared nervous before the flight took off and caused a minor disturbance, but was allowed to continue her journey.

After the woman tried to step out of the plane, the flight staff was able to restrain her until the aircraft landed.

No one was hurt during the incident. Hopefully, the passenger will receive the medical attention she clearly needs so she doesn't disrupt anymore plane rides.

The woman was restrained until law enforcement officials arrive at the gate in Boise, according to SkyWest's statement.

According to Smith, the women and her traveling companion, who was seated next to her in first class, both seemed noticeably apprehensive.

The FBI has launched an investigation into the mid-air drama, and possible charges have been referred to the prosecutor's office.
