OH police identified the two-year-old toddler found frozen on the porch of her Akron home on Friday, Feb. 2, as Wynter Parker.
Paramedics rushed to the scene in Akron, Ohio, US, on Friday afternoon but the tot tragically died in hospital.
The girl's mother frantically called 911 around 3:30 p.m., screaming that her daughter was freezing outside on the porch.
'You're gonna carefully tilt the head back, you're gonna pinch her nose closed and completely cover her mouth with your mouth and then blow two regular breaths into the lungs, ' police instructed.
Police have not released the name of the toddler or her mother, but the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office tells Fox 8 the toddler suffered severe hypothermia.
Temperatures in Akron on Friday ranged between 12 and 19 degrees.
The mother had been away from the house for about two hours, police said.
Cops say Wynter was at home with her dad while Dashanda took her four-year-old son out, according to reports.

The incident remains under investigation, police said.
A memorial of stuffed animals has been left on the porch of the family's apartment building.
Lucas said the woman who lives in the apartment kept to herself and had two children, the 2-year-old and a boy.
Neighbors also said they occasionally heard people arguing outside of the apartment, according to Kron4.
When authorities knocked on her door, Lucas says she recalls being anxious before bursting into tears.
"I've had to take the baby home 'cause she'll be outside playing". It was a few times that I had to take both of her kids home, ' neighbor Crystal Lucas said.
Adding, 'It's just a very sad situation.
